What is frozen bread?

…This is ordinary bread made from high-quality raw materials, which is subjected to shock freezing at -40 ʼС and then stored at a temperature of -18-19. This allows it, when further baked (made using this technology), to have the same quality characteristics as right out of the oven, namely to preserve its taste, aroma and texture.
