Frozen bread

- technological and secure future

Bread is frozen at shock temperatures to preserve the maximum quality of the products, stored at no higher than minus 18C (which is a preservative factor) for up to 12 months without losing taste, aroma and product quality.

After freezing, you can defrost and consume, but if necessary and you want to get a crispy crust, we recommend a short baking of 5-8 minutes.
